By entering the dance space you accept that there may be risks inherent in attending or Participating in the events or activities held in the venue. There for Step ‘N’ Style Dance Co is released from any responsibility or legal liability arising from your attendance or participation in an event or activity or the actions or negligence of other persons present. I hereby agree to pay all fees and costs incurred as they become due and to adhere to the studio rules outlined. If Fees are not paid within 7 Days of the due date on the invoice a $15.00 late fee will apply. All photos/videos and media attained, including but not limited to, class times and performances is property of Step ‘N’ Style Dance Co. All can be used in current and future advertising purposes. I agree for all photos/videos and media to be the property of Step ‘N’ Style Dance Co.

1. A non-refundable fee of $25 is payable upon enrolment. $40 for Families. (Only on or before the 3rd and the 10th of November 2018 re-enrolment dates) Any time after the 10th of November 2018 Enrolment is $35.00 One child, Families $50. 2. Fees are invoiced and payable every four weeks in advanced (no refunds for missed classes, this includes holidays, sick leave.)Only exception will be broken/fractured limbs 3. It is important to advise of any changes to your enrolment or contact details. 4. Concert tickets, DVD, Photos, Costumes, Uniform and Fees are non refundable. 5. It is the Parents responsibility to read all newsletters/ booklets issued by SNS. 6. No parent is to stay with a student while a class is being conducted. Open day will be held during the year. 7. It is the students and parents responsibility to notify their teacher in the event of injury condition prior to the class. 8. All choreography remains the property of Step ‘N’ Style Dance Co. 9. SNS is committed to providing a safe and healthy place for teachers, dancers and visitors. 10. Students should be on time for all classes and should not enter a class until the teacher has dismissed the previous class. 11. No child should be left without the parent being satisfied that their child is in class and under the care of the teacher nor should any child be encouraged to leave class without supervision. 12. Students should be picked up on time at the end of their classes. When students leave the premises they are out of Step ‘N’ Style care, No students should wait outside the premises to be collected. All parents/guardians must come inside the building to collect. 13. We have an annual concert, all students are encouraged to participate. This will involve purchasing of costumes/dance attire, and other expenses. 14. All students must wear compulsory SNS uniform for class, with correct dance footwear. No excess jewelry to be worn. Hair must be tied back at all times, ballet students require hair in ballet bun. 15. Purchasing the studio uniform is compulsory. Uniforms must be worn to class. 16. We Endeavor to have a Bully Free Zone. All students have the right to feel safe and happy in the studio and we do not tolerate anything less. Parents/students: 1. Parents/Guardians are expected to uphold the example that SNS staff promote and represent. 2. Gossip is not tolerated. No Negative interaction between parents and dancers. Outside issues must be left outside the studio. 3. Read all newsletters/booklets, Follow studio rules. 4. Pay all fees on time. Fees that are not paid on time will be charged a late fee, and child may be denied entry to class. 5. Arrive promptly 10 minutes before lesson 6. If your child is in the performance classes you agree to have your child attend every performance, no exceptions or leniency. Once Enrolled in performance class including solos,duos,trios,showgroups/ must commit/attend every class. (Please discuss with Miss Maryanne classes your child must attend to be in these special groups) 7. I agree to practice skills and choreography at home as directed by the teachers.
